ANSWER:
Step 1: Do not panic.
Step 2: Start coughing repeatedly and very virgorously.
A deep breath should be taken before cough, the cough must be keep and prolonged, as when producing sputum from deep inside the cest.
A breath and a cough must be repected about every two seconds without let-up until help arrives, or until the heart is felt to be beating normally again.

Who do you expect to appear in indoor stadium on 1st Sept 2005(teacher's day)? Well of course they is Kelly and WeiLian. Both will attend autograph session on 21st and 28th Aug. 2005 in West Mall(Bukit Batok MRT Station) and IMM(nearest MRT is Jurong East Station) respectively.
Before 1st Sept 2005, she will have some events on. Like tomorrow she will be going to West Mall.
Then on the following at around noon, she will reach SP (Singapore Polytechinc)(Dover MRT station). Next will be Yishun Town Secondary School at 1400hrs.(Address?6 Yishun St. 21 Singapore 768610).
How about him? He will also be attending the event in West Mall(Bukit Batok MRT station) on Sunday 21st Aug. 2005. But he neither be going to SP(Singapore Polytechinc) nor Yishun Town Secondary School. As for him, he will be going to 2 places.

Looking around me, there are alot of classmates or schoolmates scored better than I do. Well done to you guys and girls. Keep up your good work. I think they had met their target.
Yup! Target! That's the entry title for today. Everyone will set their own targets. Let's talk about study first. You have aim/target 80 over for a particular module. But you did not manage to get the result that you expected. Then you must be thinking, you study very hard but how come it turns out like this.
Do not get too dishearted. Maybe you did study hard but are you studying too much that you got mixed up with other modules formulas(as a student I know how tough it is)? There are alot of maybe involved. Too much pressure and expectation in your studies will make things worst. if it did not turn out that well then the more you expect and the more you will get disappointed. Why don't take it easy and just try your best. In this way you will feel much better. So next time round try harder. Sure you will make it.
Friends & Partners
Up next is between friends and your partner. It is actually the same theory behind it. Of course, in friends and partners you do not talk about target but expectation.
The expectation from your partner is much more different from your friends. The person who will hurt you most is not your friend but is your partner. Your partner will be the one closer to you and not your friend. That is why you expect more from your partner than your friend.
More... the word itself tells you that it is important than the other. So your expectation from your partner will be more. Think again, if your partner did not meet your expectation that's where you feel hurt and quarrels comes in. That is the worst scene that anyone who is in a relationship would want to see.
Those people out there having a target is not a bad thing. Not to get disheart(knowing that you have done your best), try harder next time round. If everything is so smooth that no bums no hills to climb in your life. Then your life will be damn boring.
For those who are and want to be in a relationship; it is really not easily to find true love. Treasure the things around you. Understand them be it studies, people or even work. Cause everyday you are learning new things in life. So cherish the things that you have and you want to have them.

Today while I am waiting at the MRT(Mass Rapid Train) station for my schoolmates after my lessons, saw a couple quarreling from a far distance. Guess they are lovers. Why I am so confirm that they are lovers and not just a normal ordinary friends? Simple! Just look at the guy's action and I conclude that.
The girl is mad on the guy but the guy keeps on hugging her and trying to comfort her. I think the girl is very...very mad on the guy. Cause she is not touched nor moved by the way guy did to her. As for the guy, he try to cool down the girl but he in vained.

Group projects; discussion going on, deciding on a topic, brain storming sessions.
No one will have the same identical ideas or imaginations. Someone needs to lead the team/group to choose a topic and start off. Unhappiness will happened when someone is not happy with another groupmate of your own. May say that the person did not contribute anything to the idea and want him to leave the group. That is where quarrel comes in.
BGR(Boy and Girl Relationship)
Between you and your partner, you are bound to quarrel. If you do not quarrel then it will not call a relationship anymore. Why? A little quarrel will make your relationship bond increase. Is only when you two quarrel then you will know your partner better as in feeling towards you, attitude, charactors and behavior.
