Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation(CPR)(when you have heart attack)
Most of you know little about a simple CPR savor, even myself.
For those who have learn how to CPR, good for you. But did the trainer taught you how to save yourself?
What if suddenly you start experiencing severe pain in your chest that starts to radiate out into your arm and up into your jaw. What will you do?
Let me tell you what I have learnt from the website.
ANSWER:
Step 1: Do not panic.
Step 2: Start coughing repeatedly and very virgorously.
A deep breath should be taken before cough, the cough must be keep and prolonged, as when producing sputum from deep inside the cest.
A breath and a cough must be repected about every two seconds without let-up until help arrives, or until the heart is felt to be beating normally again.
